This article aims to describe the effectiveness of processing monograph library materials at the Gadjah Mada University Library (UGM Library). Eventhough during the Covid-19 Pandemic the UGM Library restricted access to monograph and prioritized electronic sources, but in the new normal era, monograph have returned to being a goal and utilized by users as a source of learning. Management of monograph library materials at the UGM Library needs to be done so that users can use these materials effectively and efficiently. Processing of library materials is one of the processes in the management of monograph library materials at the UGM Library. Measuring the effectiveness of processing library monograph materials is carried out to describe the processing activities of these materials. An overview of the processing of monograph library materials at the UGM Library includes the processing of monograph library materials based on the number of titles processed, classification number, type of the materials, language, and year of publication. The results of this research show that during year 2022 the UGM Library has effectively processed 1,345 monograph library materials, 1,536 copies. (Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan efektivitas pengolahan bahan pustaka monograf di Perpustakaan Universitas Gadjah Mada (Perpustakaan UGM). Meskipun selama Pandemi Covid-19 yang lalu Perpusakaan UGM melakukan pembatasan akses atas bahan pustaka monograf dan lebih mengutamakan sumber-sumber elektronik, namun di era normal baru bahan pustaka monograf kembali menjadi tujuan dan dimanfaatkan pemustaka sebagai sumber pembelajaran. Manajemen bahan pustaka monograf di Perpustakaan UGM perlu dilakukan agar pemustaka dapat memanfaatkan bahan-bahan tersebut secara efektif dan efisien. Pengolahan bahan pustaka merupakan salah satu proses dalam manajemen bahan pustaka monograf di Perpustakaan UGM. Pengukuran efektivitas pengolahan bahan pustaka monograf dilakukan untuk mendeskripsikan kegiatan pengolahan bahan tersebut. Gambaran pengolahan bahan pustaka monograf di Perpustakaan UGM meliputi pengolahan bahan pustaka monograf berdasarkan jumlah judul yang diolah, nomor klasifikasi, jenis, bahasa, dan tahun terbit. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tahun 2022 Perpustakaan UGM telah efektif mengolah bahan pustaka monograf sebanyak 1.345 judul, 1.536 eksemplar.
