الملخص:The chicken meat supply chain in Indonesia is fraught with halal risks due to a large number of involved actors. Unhandled halal risks can lead to problems that chicken status changes into non-halal. It is important to identify and prioritize the halal risks in order to identify which risks should be handled first as a preventive measure.This paper aims to assess the halal risks of the chicken supply chain using the Risk Priority Number (RPN). Fuzzy logic is implemented to reduce uncertainties and ambiguities in all degrees of halal risks. Total respondents representing halal chicken supply chain entities completed a questionnaire to assess severity, occurrence, and detection. Then the overall fuzzy RPN is calculated using Mamdani's method. The findings reveal ten critical halal risks, with halal logo apathy among consumers being the most critical risk in the halal chicken supply chain. This paper also offers recommendations for consumers, slaughterhouses, distributors, and regulators to ensure halal chicken meat circulation.
