Summary: | Organisation performance is of the utmost importance, as through performance the degree of achievement can be seen. Such achievement must be in accordance with the pre-determined mission as a ground to complete the tasks. This study aims to learn the effect of empowerment towards the performance of Depok City Legislation Council. This study employs a quantitative approach and the path analysis model. The research results shows: (1) the effect of the empowerment to DPRD performance is significant. (2) the effect of a collaborative team on DPRD performance is not significant, (3) the effect of the superior on DPRD performance is not significant. and (4) the effect of communication effort on the DPRD performance is not significant.
