This also happened in District Depok Sleman limited land leading to frequent occurrence over the functions of paddy fields. number of rice fields fell 0.7 percent per year and average annual production fell 0.94 percent. Paddy fields are often considered lower than market price. because in the process of assessment of wetland ecological benefits are often not taken into account. Ecological value is the value of the interaction between living things and the interaction of living beings and the environment. Ecological value will be offered as a form of compensation to farmers so that they would maintain the continuity of paddy fields. Instruments used to obtain data on the value of land development rights and ecological value is a questionnaire with open-ended questions that ask the farmers and communities around the rice fields. From the results concluded that the estimated average value of land is equivalent to 3 percent of the expected optimal value of land which means the value of land development rights amounted to an average of 97 percent and the value of community willingness to pay for the ecological benefit is 13,800 rupiah per month. Response landowners to bid in order to maintain the continuity of the ecological value of wetland with logit models. Based on the response of landowners is concluded, if the landowner agrees wetland ecological added value of community willingness to pay, but not all agree to maintain the fields.
