Kebisingan dan Masa Kerja terhadap Kejadian Hipertensi pada Pekerja di Adisutjipto International Airport Yogyakarta

Background: the Adisutjipto International Airport Yogyakarta raised the noisiness on its operational. The noisiness is the noise which is not desired in space and time and brings the disturbance that influences the human pleasure and health. For the workmen who handle the flight operational especially cargo division, aerodrome rescue on fire fighting and security of the airplane get the hypertension primarily for the workmen with the high working time. Objective : This objectives of study to save the workmen from the hypertension as effect of the working time and the airplane noisiness in cargo division, aerodrome rescue on fire fighting and security in Adisutjipto International Airport Yogyakarta. The Research Method: the implemented method is the observational with crosssectional design. The Research Result and Discussion: Based on the result of noisiness intensity which was carried out in Adisutjipto International Airport Yogyakarta can be shown that there were three of the measurement locations have the noisiness intensity above Noise Exposure Thereshold value which have determined by Minister of Labor and Transmigration No. Kep 51/ Men/ 1999 in cargo division or location (93,8 dB) security (84,8dB) and the lowest are in aerodrome rescue on fire fighting division 84.2 dB. The Adisutjipto International Airport Yogyakarta workmen who have worked over 9 years having hypertension risk, while the prevalence of the workmen in Adisutjipto International Airport Yogyakarta having the more risk in hypertension stadium 1 is 34.8%, pre hypertension 33.3% and only 7.6% who have risk hypertension stadium 2. Suggestion: The reduction of the work time in cargo into 2 hours per day. Apply the work rotation for the workmen who have the work time mo re than 9 years and who get the high airplane noisiness into the lower noisiness intensity.
