Summary: | The evaluation of Information System better implemented periodically to
assess its effectiveness level. In evaluating will be found the strong and weakness
of information system, which can be used as feedback in developing information
system. This research was carried out to evaluate the Information System of
Documentation System and Law Information (SI JDIH) BPKRI with the HOTFIT
method. This research will determine the finding level of SI JDIH.
BPK RI uses SI JDIH to support the auditor in examine the responsibility
of State/ Region Monetary. SI JDIH administrated by state JDIH team and 33
regional JDIH teams which spread in 33 provinces. This research carried out by
distributing the questionnaire for the auditors and subdivision staff of Law and
Public Relation of BPK RI. The result finding from the questioner is analyzed
with the Structural Equation Model method (SEM) using the software Lisrel 8,72.
The result research shows that applying this system is significantly
influenced by the information quality and user satisfaction. The user satisfaction is
significantly affected by information quality. The organization atmosphere is
significantly influenced by organizational structure and net benefit affected by the
user satisfaction. The correlation between three components H-O-T are
correlations between H-O, correlation between H-T, correlation between O-T are strong and evident. |
