In an era of information and technology much the way to the human world of education, especially education stakeholders in the ranks of the Office of Education Youth and Sports Boyolali District to utilize a variety of content and tools freely available in cyberspace, as well as services for free software to build a community website that supports web-based learning (e-learning). In this study the authors will design and build prototype applications online practice exams for secondary school as a web-based learning that supports the evaluation activities that can be accessed through static media (Personal Computer) and mobile media (mobile phone) and with no attachment to time and place. The end result of this research is to facilitate the provision of learning materials, guideline test, questions, answers, and test scores. The prototype was developed with UML as the "language" modeling tools for the system or software that paradigmatic "object oriented" and use the platform of open source such as PHP, MySQL as the database system, and others.
