Summary:Divorce is a stressful event that happens to many couples. Some of them found themselves as a victim of that separation. Forgiveness becomes very important when a person feels oneself a victim because it is very influential to later mental health and their social function in society. The purpose of this study is to see the impact of forgiveness training on psychological well-being of women who going through divorce. Research subjects were women divorced within the last 3 years which were given training based on modules forgiveness. Measurements are given before and after training, and after 2 weeks using forgiveness scale and psychological well-being scale. The data analysis used non parametric test (Mann-Whitney test) and descriptive qualitative analysis. Results showed significant changes of forgiveness and psychological well-being before and after training but not in 2 weeks follow-up. Further results can be seen in the discussion.
