The Balanced Scorecard is a management system that can be used to measure company performance, monitor the performance development, and build strategies to work programs in achieving the corporate vision and mission set by the company. Destination Statement is an effort in making a rational decision about the organization's activities and the targeting of these activities, a company must make a clear idea about the business organization to be achieved. The purpose of this study is to analyze the company's strategy and design a strategic destination statement using the balanced scorecard method. Through a strategic destination statement of a company will have a clear picture of what will be achieved. Based on the analysis carried out has been known that there is clarity of vision, mission and objectives of the company and a benchmark in the financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business, and learning and growth perspective. Strategic destination statement designed has provided strategic objective by using the four perspectives of a balanced scorecard for the period set. Key performance indicators defined are used as benchmarks that determine the success of strategic objectives.
