Summary:This research aimed at investigating the execution auction of rumbialembawai- melati road escalation length. 2.56 km in public work office of bangka regency through e-procurement and the benefits of e-procurement in order to decreasing corruption in the execution of government equipment/service procurement. This research is juridical empirical research and observation on field complemented with library research. It uses primary and secondary data. It obtains primary data from resource and secondary data from library research by studying primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials. All of data results are analyzed using analytic descriptive method. The result showed that the auction of rumbia-lembawai-melati road escalation length. 2.56 km in public work office of bangka regency through eprocurement already accord with equipment/service procurement principles that is efficient, effective, open/compete, transparency, fair/non-discriminative and accountable. E-procurement is accordance with the government program supporting the government effort against corruption. E-procurement through electronic media with internet base, so it will avoid the meeting between user and provider (faceless) and the possibilities of corruption will be decreased.
