Summary: | Writing this law aims: descriptive, creative, innovative. The research method
used is a normative and empirical legal research, with the form of data derived from
literature data and field data. Informant as much as two people and one person was
taken Stick Holder data by interview and questionnaire. Respondent as many as fifty
people were taken data with interview and questionnaire. Location and study
population of Bantul District Government, particularly the Office of Culture and
Tourism, Department of Treasury and Asset Management Region, the Regional
Representatives Council Bantul regency. The sample used was respondent who live
in the beach resort of depok, beach parangtritis, Kasongan pottery, handmade wooden
sculptures and Art Market area Imogiri Gabusan. Sample collection techniques by
way of purposive sampling. The method of collecting data through interviews and
questionnaires. Data collection tool used in the checklist, rating scale, etc., the
technique by observation through a particular medium in this case the media library
(indirect observation), research tools in the form of data collection tools in the form
of literature study. Interpretation of the law used is grammatical, systematic,
teleological.
Implementation of Bantul District Goverments role in Tourism for the people
still there is a lack of implementation of legislation on tourism, the knowledge of the
local government tourism officers and coordination between authorities, relevant
agencies and the community. Juridical constraints experienced by related laws and
regulations, adherence to the principles and theories of, executor. Legal steps that
occur under legislation, compliance with principles and theory, the executor. Local
governments are advised to update them on legislation concerning tourism, training,
coaching, education to local government officials, increased promotion / marketing of
tourism, infrastructure development and management Revenues generated from the
tourism sector. Communities are advised to implement legislation on tourism,
contribute and assist local government by paying taxes, participating in training
activities, education, counseling about tourism and contributed to keep the tourist
attraction. |
