Summary:Shopping center and retail property become popular as an investment good. Properties that build may have different location and characteristic and make that have different rental value of each other. The objective of this research is to analyze impact of location and building characteristic to retail property rental value in Jalan Sanggau Ledo, Kota Bengkayang. This research using Multiple Regressions with cross section data of retail property in Jalan Sanggau Ledo, Kota Bengkayang and use Stratified Proportional Random Sampling. Variables was used in this research is rental value as dependent variable and independent variable are distance to CBD, building size, parking area size, building age. The result of this research shows that distance to CBD, building size, parking area size, building age are influence retail property rental value. Estimated model has explanation power 63 percent and the other 37 percent is explaining by variable outside model. Distance to CBD and building age has negative and significant influence of rent value. Building size and parking area size has positive and significant influence of rent value.
