The research purpose is to seek the answers to existing issues, such as: 1. The efforts which had performed, is performing, or will performing to provide the registration basic map and general register. 2. The requirement service to submit the deeds drawn up by Land Deed Officer � Notary Public to Land Office. 3. The information service provided by Land Office which is required by Land Deed Officer � Notary Public in the matters of drawing up the land rights transfer deeds and imposition of the land rights deeds. This research represents the juridical-normative and empirical approach, and the data is analysed in descriptive qualitative method. The research locations are on Regional office of National Land Agency of DKI Jakarta Province and its three related offices, such as West Jakarta Land Office, Central Jakarta Land Office and South Jakarta Land Office including several Land Deed Officer-Notary Public Office in each work area of the research Land Office. Literature data consists of primary and secondary law materials, and the field data collected by interviewing 45 (forty five) persons from Land Deed Officer-Notary Public Office and source persons from Land Office. The research found that in DKI Jakarta had developed and is developed the On Line DKI through the information technology which will support the work efectivity, productivity and efficiency in Land Office as one of the public service institution. The possibility occured because of there is mutual relationship such as The Land Deed Officer-Notary Public has perform its obligation to submit the deeds of land transfer and imposition of the land rights in actual time and complete, and the Land Office provide the data information service required by Land Deed Officer- Notary Public for purpose of drawing up the deeds of the land transfer and imposition of the land rights. Such symbiosism mutualism has supported the Land Information System development.
