| Summary: | Background: Promote health and community empowerment have purpose to
empower individual, family and community so as to develop Community-Based
Health Efforts (UKBM). Main and indicative activities of UKBM include
development of health education for the community. The study aim to identify the
difference between dental health education using lecture and demonstration
method with and without monitoring in knowledge, attitude, behavior and dental
and oral hygiene status of elementary school students.
Method: The study used quasi experimental with pretest-posttest control group
