The system developed in a web-base environment, giving it an easier access and relatively faster information exchange. The research shows that the schedule made by the system meets the criteria of an effective and efficient schedule. The time consumed to build one is also reduced to 5,3124% of their original record. Errors that happen from time to time when schedule was done manually were never occurred during the alpha test of the system.
