| Summary: | Objective of this research wa to study social learning process in the Integrated Crop Management Field School, to identify adoption level of rice ICM technology and to identif yeffect of social learning on adoption and diffusion of rice ICM technology fo rfarmer.
Method used in this research was descriptive method with 133 persons as sample ,which taken by stratified random sampling. The research was conducted in Bantimurung district.Data was analyzed using cross tabulation.
The results indicated that most farmers reached motoric reproduction step in social learning and formos farmers, adoption of rice ICM technology in Bantimurung district was in moderate level. In addition, the results also in dicated effect of social learning on adoption and diffusion of rice ICM technology in Bantimurung district. |
