| Summary: | This research was aimed to investigate the involvement of community in
BAHTERAMAS planning program, understanding the implementation of
community needs in planning program and identifying design of BAHTERAMAS
Program in changing people's behavior, in Kendari City. The research was
designed as a descriptive study using qualitative method which was supported by
quantitative method in the data colleting process. The respondents were 85
respondents, consist of 8 respondents from the planner team, and 77 respondents
from the program user.The results showed that the involvement of community
was very low in BAHTERAMAS planning program. The implementation of
community needs in BAHTERAMAS program planning was only few physical
needs. There was a bias in planning program and designing of community
empowerment in BAHTERAMAS in Kendari City. The fulfillment of schools
infrastructures and the operationals was very poor, as well the free treatment of
diseases to the society, kelurahan infrastructures repairing, and the bias of society
empowering about the design of BAHTERAMAS planning program. |
