Summary:This study aims to determine the Implementation of legal protection of occupational safety and health for workers in PT. Hino Motors Manufacturing Indonesia, obstacles faced and efforts to overcome these constraints. The preparation of this thesis using a normative juridical methods by assessing the qualitative nature of library materials and reviewing and analyzing the secondary data. To complement the secondary data, conducted field research. Data collection was done by interview through interview guide instrument. Based on the results of this study can be concluded that the Implementation Management System Occupational Health and Safety at PT. Hino Motors Manufacturing Indonesia has been implemented based on the basic principles contained in the Minister of Manpower Regulation No. 5 Year 1996 regarding Management System Occupational Health and Safety and regulations related to the K3. But in the implementation there are several barriers that come from workers and companies. To overcome this, the party management company with the workers were making efforts to overcome obstacles in the implementation of safety and health management systems can work to reduce the accident rate service with the Company which include: 1) Implementation of a safety test in the recruitment of employees , 2) Implementation of morning meetings, 3) Installation of safety signs at every corner of the work sites, 4) The medical examination for workers who performed each year, 5) The proposed sanctions on violators of labor agreements for the provision of safety and occupational health, 6) Proposed establishment of occupational safety and health departments, 7) Formation and Small Group Activities Competition, 8) Plan for the addition of facilities and medical personnel at the company clinic.
