Database management for registration of cultivation land right (HGU) in the National Land Agency Regional Office of West Kalimantan has been computerized. However, data are still stored in the separate section in each field of work, so that spatial data and textual data are not yet well integrated. It led to the difficulity to create a report of cultivation land right registration. Differences in spatial data coordinate system of HGU objects, raises the more possibility of overlapping between objects. Therefore, a research to produce an aplication of Geographic Information System of cultivation land right (SISHGU) is needed.
