Local government revenues as well as attempts to optimize the excavation along the DAU allocation for increased economic growth area in the form of strategic planning. The purpose of this study was to analyze the presence or absence of the Connection of Local Taxes by Economic Growth in the Former Residence Malang, to analyze the presence or absence of Retribution Connection with Economic Growth in the Former Residence of Malang, and to analyze the presence or absence of the General Allocation Fund Connection with Economic Growth in the Former Residence Malang . Research conducted at the Government Ex-Residence of Malang by using secondary data time series (time series) yearly from the year 1999-2009 which is supported by literature study. To analyze the presence or absence of connection between local taxes, retribution, and the General Allocation Fund with economic growth in the Former Residence Malang then used product moment connection analysis. While to analyze the connection of local taxes, retribution, and the General Allocation Fund with economic growth in the Former Residence Malang simultaneously then used multiple regression analysis with a model ECM. Based on the results of discussions which have been described in the previous section, it can be concluded that the local government Local taxes have a positive and significant connection on Economic Growth District Levies Ex- Residence Malang government has positive and significant connection on Economic Growth District Ex-Residence Malang. DAU has positive and significant connection on Economic Growth District Ex-Residence Malang.
