Description
Summary:Background: Dengue cases in West Nusa Tenggara are increasing every year and are accompanied by death in which the largest number of cases were occurs in the Mataram municipality. Objective: To know the spatio and temporal model of DHF and risk factors that supported the spread of dengue in the Mataram municipality in 2009. Method: The study was observational with a cross sectional approach to identifying, analyzing the spatial and temporal of DHF cases and case control design for multiple variables of risk factors, population 172 DHF patients from secondary data Mataram Municipality Health Office in 2009 and coordinates data retrieved cases using (GPS), 172 control data is not retrieved coordinates but only customers can fill in the checklist. Results: There is no correlation wiggler free rate (ABJ) with of DHF cases (p = 0.199), there was no correlation population density with of DHF cases (p = 0.447), there is no spatial correlation with the incidence of DHF cases (likelihood test) (p = 0:16), there are 1 results SatScan cluster most likely occurred on 01/01/2009 - 05/01/2009 centered at coordinates (S -8.558480, 116.113600 E) with a radius of 0 km (p = 0.0014), Mcnemar bivariate analysis (matched-pair analysis) there is no difference in risk jobs with DHF cases (OR 0.93, 95% CI 0.42 to 2.07, p = 0.85), there is a risk factor for sleep habits at 9 -10 am (OR 3.33, 95% CI 0.86 to 18.85, p = 0.05), there is a risk factor for sleep habits at 11-12 am (OR 3.33, 95% CI 0.86 to 18 , 85, p = 0.05), there were no risk factors for sleep habits afternoon at 13-14 pm (OR 1.42, 95% CI 0.76 to 2.70, p = 0.24), there is a risk factor for sleep habits afternoon at 15- 17 pm (OR 4.85
