Summary: | Analysis of the factors that affect the performance of executive budget is
one of the interesting topics in executive performance research budget. The
objectives of this research are to determine the factors affecting budget
performance in the District executing the Raja Ampat West Papua Province. The
factors are management information systems, facilities and infrastructure,
employee competence, systems and procedures, rewards, and punishment.
The research sample is used the executive budget officer at Raja Ampat
West Papua Province. Data analysis of research using multiple linear regressions.
The results showed the facilities and infrastructure factors, employee
competence, systems and procedures, and the award has a positive and significant
impact on budget implementation performance. These factors become important
in the effort to improve the performance of executive budget. Factor management
information systems and punishment have no effect in a positive and significant
impact on budget implementation performance. This caused by management
information systems and sanctions have not worked well, so it is still not affect
the performance of executive budget. Factor management information systems,
facilities and infrastructure, employee competence, systems and procedures,
rewards, and punishment together ave a positive and significant impact on budget
implementation performance of 76.9 percent. |
