Commerce is a part of Electronic Business that is business which is done using
Electronic Transmission. E-Procurement, and more than a system for buying by
online. E-Procurement is a system is it is apllied correctly, it can connect firm and
bussiness process directly with suppliers and also can manage the whole
transactions among them. By E-Procurement, the firm should able to select better
which registration and pra-qualification of qualification can be held by email in
order to give higher profit. Besides, the firm can buy easier (buying by one stop
on-line buying) and more responsible, the buying process and making decision
will be better because seller and buyer are required to be more proffesional to bet
their credibility.
This research population is firms in Indonesia which use E-Procurement
application in good and service supplies. Sampling technique used Convenience
Sampling.Collecting data method used observation sheet to gather primary data.
Data resource is first part who has e-procurement site data of each firm. Variable
scored data used descriptive analysis.
The result shows that analyzed e-procurement system application in
private/ government firms give positive benefits toward time efficiency. 76.7%
government/ private firms are fast category in access e-procurement site. The
easiness in acces e-procurement site is a primary advantage from application of
good/ service supply by online. E-procurement system managed by government
/state firms as good and service supplies process give a good security for related
relations. The law for e-procurement system of government/state firms sample is
still low. Most of government/state firms have high transparency in good and
service supplies process. E-procurement only could reduce or minimize a potential
of standard deviation. |
