Summary:Indonesia telecommunication industry facing the turbulence from mainly services in voices, now telecommunication must have services that can support lifestyle. TELKOM as biggest telecommunication operator in Indonesia has developed triple play strategy to anticipate these changes. Triple play is bundling services that consist of voice service (including VoIP), internet broadband and Pay TV services. Developing triple play services must concern about some parameters, such as: Changing of Indonesia Telecommunication Industry characteristic, attractiveness and competitiveness of Indonesia telecommunication industry, internet technology that influence of many telecommunication services and telecommunication regulation trend to support triple play service development This is a descriptive analysis study of Indonesian telecommunication industry. The data were derived from primary and secondary data collected from various sources including the internal TELKOM. Superior in technology acquisition, vast of network distribution and huge of capital, TELKOM can be developed triple play service to anticipate increasing of churn in fixed communication services
