Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) has an important role as a main tools for economic growth. Then, it has a social contribution to make prospering through make a new business and a new job. The rareness of capital is one of the problem arising that can restrict the development micro business in Bandar Lampung. The objective of this research is to know the effect of give a capital credit to a person who has a micro economic business and to analyze the result or the work of a person who get a supported capital from cooperative agencies, UMKM, industrial, and the Lampung Province Trade. Income variable after getting a credit as a dependent variable and asset, first capital, the amount of loan, the experience of business, the labor, the procedure, the level of interest, income dummy, labor of dummy, and asset of dummy, is an independent variable. The method of this research is using Ordinary Least Square (OLS) to measure the effect from capital credit and elasticity measuring the work of micro entrepreneur. The amounts of sample are 81 micro entrepreneurs who already get the capital credit for their business. The result of this research shows that the ownership of asset and first capital has influence to the income of the micro entrepreneur by statistic. Elasticity coefficient of ownership of asset, first capital, the experience of business, the amount of labor, the procedure to get loan, the amount of loan, the interest, income dummy, labor of dummy, and the dummy ownership of asset against the income of micro entrepreneur in Bandar Lampung still smaller, lower or less than one. So, I can conclude that the result consider as inelastic (e < 1) is a changes of independent variable which is not sensitive with the revenue.
