Summary: | In this time coal is source of energy producer which progressively peeped at by can
replace petroleum as energy source. After burned coal stone, will leave over coal ash one of
them fly ash which categorized as waste B3. Besides yielding fly ash Indonesia state
specially Yogyakarta also have bantak which in the exploiting still not yet is optimal, bantak
is secretory amethyst deposit with sand, and volcanic ash as result of natty mount eruption.
Result erupsi this natty mount otherwise exploited longer will heap and become problem for
environment, hence by exploiting fly ash and bantak made by the ability material able to be
exploited as component of at structure in area geoteknik.
In this research made by concrete with fariasi replacement of cements weight with fly
ash equal to 0%, 20%, 40%, 60%, and 80% based on comparison of initial aggregate and
cements ( 1:2). Big of aggregate scale bantak which applied is 20-40mm and fas which used
is 0.4. For the purpose done by test to propertis bantak and fly ash, done by mechanical test
and hidraulis to concrete which have in curing during 7 day, 28 day, and 90 day. Test to
inter alia concrete: test of compressive strength of concrete platen, strong test flexed
concrete beam, test and concrete permeability test leaching or contents of heavy metal.
Research result conclude that at concrete with contents of fly ash 0%, 60% and 80%
have compressive strength of maximum at test of 28 day and then at the age of 90 day
increase of compressive strength have not signifikan again. While at concrete with contents
of fly ash 20% and 40% show trend still increase of compressive strength at the age of 90
day still increase the compressive strength compared time of keeping out of 7 day towards
28 day. At strong assaying flexed beam show result at beam with fariasi fly ash 40% can
