The study is about the mechanism of fiduciary deletion that has been registered at the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights Republic of Indonesia Regional Office of Yogyakarta. It is done to discuss specifically on the mechanism of fiduciary deletion that has been registered at the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights Republic of Indonesia Regional Office of Yogyakarta. It also discuss about the legal protection to the fiduciary givers if the fiduciary receiver does not do fiduciary deletion. The study uses an empirical juridical approach or socio-legal research which is the research that focuses on existing data in the field. The data that has been taken from library and field research is analyzed qualitatively by using descriptive method. The results of the study are 1) The mechanism of fiduciary deletion that has been registered at the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights Republic of Indonesia Regional Office of Yogyakarta basically follows the standard operating procedures specified in the Circular Letter of the Director General of General Legal Administration of the Department of Justice and Human Rights Republic of Indonesia Number: C.HT.01.10-22 about the Standardization Procedures of Fiduciary Registration 2) The legal protection provided by the Law of Fiduciary for the fiduciary giver if the fiduciary receiver does not do fiduciary deletion is that the fiduciary giver can do fiduciary deletion at the fiduciary registration office by acting as the attorney of fiduciary receiver and bringing supporting documents of fiduciary deletion.
