Economic welfare would be measured by income. For employers stall efforts to increase revenue is to increase sales turnover every day. The purpose of this study is to know the turnover of 50 businessmen stalls before receiving financial aid and tuition UEP on PNPM Rural and analyze changes in the kiosk business turnover per day after receiving financial aid and tuition UEP on PNPM Rural. From 2002 to 2009 served until PNPM Mandiri has provided funds and SPP UEP for stimulant to 5008 people scattered in 507 business group. This means that there are 5008 people from 206 843 total population (2.4%)) has been carrying out small business shopped increased revenue. The author conducted a survey of 50 small-scale entrepreneurs in the field of selling groceries. By using simple linear regression that is using one dependent variable and one independent variable. Dependent variable is the change in turnover of sales every day and is free viariabel capital changes. Regression results showed a significant positive relationship to changes in variable changes in capital turnover of the sale every day. The ability of independent variable to explain this relationship is equal to 26.42 percent. This means that if the provision of capital increases, capital turnover the sale every day increased by 26.42 percent.
