The purpose of this research are to know the meaning of the sense of �Publication and Self Promotion� by notary, in performing their respecting duties and functional position and to know the form of supervision by Panel Of Supervisors Notary and Honor Council against violation of Article 4 (3) The Code Of The Conduct Notary in order to preserve the dignity of the noble notary office (officium nobile). The type of this research is empiric juridical, which emphasize on the field to obtain primary data and literature research to obtain secondary data used to support and complement the primary data. Website or blog made by notary is one of the of the violation which often done in the development of internet technologies. This is due to the absence of clear rules about it. Therefore, there is a need for both external oversights conducted by Panel Of Supervision Notary, and internal by Honor Council so the purposes of the Public Notary Law (UUJN), and The Code Of The Conduct Notarycan be achieved and create a noble profession (officium nobile). The conclusions of this research are the meaning of �Publication and Self Promotion� by notary, in performing their respecting duties and functional position that �guide�, �invite�, �persuade� others to use their services in any way and the form of external supervision conducted by Panel Of Supervision Notary which are preventive, curative and guidance, while internal surveillance is conducted by Honor Council.
