Summary:Transport conditions in D.I. Yogyakarta is very concerned with urban transport system is inadequate and loaded with problems, rapid growth of motor vehicles and the road do not support. Trans Jogja program expected to answer the existing transportation problems. Trans Jogja current program is as a public service obligation which is still supported by huge subsidies and the budget weighed. This study aimed to determine the ability of Trans Jogja programs run without subsidies and to test the ability of Trans Jogja to change from the PSO into a form of subsidized enterprises that are able to bring local income Research object is the Department of Transportation Government of DIY Province as the party responsible for the program Trans Jogja. By looking at the operation of the Trans Jogja and secondary data collection in the Department of Transportation Researchers used two kinds of analysis to answer research questions by using Prospective Analysis and Analysis of Going Concern. Prospective analysis has the objective to estimate the financial condition of the Trans Jogja program both in terms of costs, revenues and subsidies, while the analysis of the Going Concern aims to see whether this program should be continued or not if it still relies on subsidies. Analysis of Going Concern in the public sector seen is whether a government program is able bring benefits to society and whether a program is managed in an effective, efficient, healthy and reliable. To calculate the going concern analysis, the researcher using the net present benefit, because the ability to calculate costs and benefits of financial and social terms, and to evaluate their management performed by looking at the alignment program with Principle 5 of Right on time, right on target, right quantity, right quality and the right price. The analysis of these studies provide results that in the conditions of the Trans Jogja next 5 years has been able without the subsidy but have not been declared by the government free from subsidies because of load factors are not fulfilled. While the Trans Jogja still be sustainable because it provides greater benefits than costs.
