Furniture industry is the most common and largest manufacturing industry in Yogyakarta province. Bantul itself this industry is approximately 41,55% from the total industry in Bantul. Firstly, supply chain mapping will be done in order to understand the entities along Bantuls furniture supply chain. Through this mapping process, delivery links along the supply chain can be identified. Secondly, the performance measurement will be analysed using importance performance matrix and multiple linear regressions. Thirdly, stated preference method will be used as a method to analyse the probability of industries to use rail transport as the alternative freight transport. Lastly recommendation and conclusion regarding the issue will be derived as implied the result from data analysis. The results from this research show that the performance of goods delivery from supplier to producers is 80,7% and the performance of goods delivery from producers to Semarang Tanjung Mas Port is 73,5%.
