Summary: | Exploitation of forests has occurred in Muna uncontrolled causing
deforestation and loss of balance of forest ecosystems Muna. This study aims to (1)
Obtain data on political engineering done to the forests at Muna, (2) Obtain data on
violence and conflict on forests at Muna, (3) Create a new formulation to improve
forest management and Muna.
The research was conducted using case studies (case studies). The respondents
comprised of Government, Community, security forces (police / military),
Entrepreneur / comprador, NGOs / NGOs, Local Mass Media with data retrieval
closed and open snowball. Data were analyzed by descriptive and qualitative
approach interperetatif and critical interpretation. Then argue with relefan theory, to
find the meaning interpretation of research data related to the purpose of research.
The results of this study indicate that (1) There is a government engineering
Muna local politics through the use of products defined forest policy, (2) There has
been an act of violence committed by the government of the State / Region, timber
companies / employers / comprador, Communities, NGOs, media local mass
collaboration with the police and the TNI in the form of wood on the forest mafia
networks and community conflict Muna affect horizontal and vertical conflicts and
Muna deforestation. (3) The study also highlights the need for Deliberative policy in
the business of forest management in Muna. |
