Summary:Background: Risk factors for specific causes of breast cancer is not known with certainly, but there are many factors that are estimated to have an influence on the occurrence of breast cancer. Epidemologik data suggest that genetic factors, endocrine and environment may be very instrumental in the initiation and / or promotion of breast cancer growth. Several factors can increase the risk of breast cancer incidence include starting menstruation at a young age, late menopause (age more than 51 years), has first child above age of 30 years or no children would increase the risk of breast cancer . Objective: This study aims to determine the relation of reproductive factors, in this case early menstrual factors and oral exogenous hormone exposure, ie oral contraceptives, with the incidence of young age breast cancer. Also to provide educational and guidance to the general public, about the young age of breast cancer incidence, in order to quickly get treatment. Method: The research method used was an observational analytic by cross - sectional. The sampling technique with consecutive sampling, where patients came to Tulip out patient department and treated Dr.Sardjito hospital. Data analysis using chi kuadrad method. Conclusion: The results showed that there are a relationship between early menstruation and exposure to exogenous hormones (oral contraceptives) with the incidence of breast cancer at young age.
