Summary:This study aims to identify the level of significance (importance) and performance (performance) implementation of the key factors of maintenance of equipment, analyze the selection of priority the implementation of substation equipment maintenance Bantul PT. PLN (Persero) Yogyakarta Transmission Services Unit. Analysis tool used is the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Factors to be excellence in the successful implementation of substation equipment maintenance Bantul PT. PLN (Persero) Unit Transmission Services Yogyakarta related to the standard periodic maintenance program, preventive maintenance programs to standards, the maintenance of appropriate standards, coordinating the work is good, the proposed maintenance budget in each unit of work and cost efficiencies for equipment maintenance. Factors to be considered excessive weakness and for the maintenance of equipment at substations Bantul PT PLN (Persero) Yogyakarta Transmission Services Unit includes the provision of facilities and infrastructure for the maintenance of a sudden and inspections carried carried out by experts. The results for Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) in getting the first priority is the busbar equipment that serves as a point of meeting relationships (connecting) between the power transformer, SUTT (high voltage air channels) with other electrical components, for receiving and distributing electric power, while for final sequence is a battery that serves as a store of energy.
