Summary: | The objective of this research is to analyze influence to supply
price of two-storey shop house in Cakranegara subdistrict, Mataram City, West
Nusatenggara Province. The factors are average rent price, land size, occupancy,
and dummy variable of zoning.
40 cro This research used ss section data obtained in 2011 through cluster
sampling as primary data. The data were collected randomly taken from field
observation and interview. Multiple regression analysis by ordinary least squares
method was used to analyze the factors influencing the supply price.

The results from analysis using economic, statistic, and econometric criteria
shows that independent variables influence significantly to two-storey shop
house, but the other two variables influence unsignificantly. The analysis used
linear regression model with the explanatory coefficient of 77,40 percent.
Variable average rent price and land size influence significantly positive to
residential value with the partial determinant coefficient of 64,96 percent and
25,70 percent. Meanwhile, occupancy and dummy variable of zoning influence
unsignificantly to supply price of two-storey shop house in Cakranegara
subdistrict. |
