Correlation and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) analysis method were employed in this study to analyse consumption pattern of meat and egg products among hosuhold in Yogyakarta Province and the priority consumption preference analysis, respectively. The correlation analysis result that chicken meat and egg have highly significant correlation to household income among three income stages in both area, except egg product in high income class.
