Description
Summary:
Validation of voltammetric method for, Cd, Pb, Zn, Ni, Co, Al and Fe determination in biological samples, has
been done using standard reference materials. Anodic stripping voltammetry has been used on Cu, Cd, Pb and Zn
determination. Mean while adsorptive cathodic stripping voltammetry, in dimethylglioxime complexing agent has
been used for Ni and Co determination, and finally adsorptive cathodic stripping voltammetry in solochrome violete
complexing agent used on Al and Fe determination. The validation method consist of a linearity of standard
calibration, trueness and precision. The validation carried out by using standard reference materials of NIST SRM
1566 b Oyster Tissue and CRM NIES No. 9 Sargasso. Sample digestion has been done by using the micro wave
digester apparatus. It has been shown that the standard curves linearity for all ions were good enough. The ions
determinations in a material standard have a recovery of about 92.2 -104.3 %. From the &ldquo
