Description
Summary:<p>Synthesized cellulosic palmitat has been used as thin solid membranes for enantioseparation of ibuprofen (NSAID). Two kinds of solid membranes have been manufactured those are consisted of a pure of cellulosic palmitat and of a mixture of cellulosic palmitat and liquid crystal material. The membranes have been utilized to understand about the enantiomeric separation performance at ambient conditions using methanol or acetonitrile as eluent. Identification of ibuprofen was successfully determined using high performance liquid chromatography equipped with OD-RH reverse coloumn using acetonitrile-buffer pH4 as mobile phase (&alpha
