Leaf buds of G, arborea seedlings were used as materials for this research. Several enzyme systems,<br />
namely: Acid phosphatase (ACP), Esterase (EST), Glutamate oxaloacetate transaminase (GOT),<br />
Peroxidase (POD), Leucine aminopeptidase (LAP), and Shikimate dehydrogenase (ShDH) were applied<br />
to evaluate the suitable enzymes for genetic analysis in the future.<br />
