Grievances felt in the organ temporomandibular (temporomandibular disorders) arise after 3 consecutive days conducting dives (diving). Examined the influence of scuba diving mouthpiece that is used to dive to the occurrence of temporomandibular disorders. Examination conducted by the patient wearing scuba diving mouthpiece fabricated imaging was then performed to determine changes in the TMJcondyle and disc positions, examination masseter muscle tone, and intensity of sound joints.<br /> For the initial treatment of TMD, patients were treated using a mouthguard and performed the initial evaluation after 1 month and 2 months of usage mouthguard.<br /> The results of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis of the imagery obtained similar results with the diagnosis of anterior disk displacement and hipermobillitas condyles, as well as an increase in masseter muscle tone and intensity of sound joints.
