The study was conducted in eight Japanese patients with symmetrical Class IIImalocclusion in mandible abnormality which have finished the growing process that can be seen from the carpal index. Allof the patients consistedof 6 patients underwent Bilateral SSRO (Saggital Split Ramus Osteotomy) or bilateral lVRO (Inverted Vertical Ramus Osteotomy), 2 patients bilateral SSROand genioplasty.
