Summary:X-Ray Fluorescence method was used to determine the trace element in sclap hair and fingernail of 5 breast cancer patient compared to control. In sclap hair 10 element which P, S, K, Ca, Fe, Ni, Cu, Zn, Mo, and Re. whereas in fingernail 9 element are Al, P, Ca, Cr, Fe, Ni, Cu, Zn, and Re found in the two groups of sample. By using the t test (95%), for hair there are 2 elements having t0 value larger then tTabel, that are, S=2.12 and K=1.99. In nail, 9 elements having t0 smaller then tTabel, it means elements content at breast cancer patients stays at the normal range. Thereby, Sulfur and potassium at hair sample can be used as a biomarker that the patient sucpected suffer from breast cancers
