Standing point and fundamental of this study are Warung patokan (patokan shop) together with its women sex jobs. Sexuality is understood from precedential perspective using three problem focuses, namely: (a) how do North Balinese understand sex norm and sex in their social live? (b) How do understanding of sex order and the sexuality implemented in �sex commercialism� of patokan merchant? (c) How do sex order representative implication and the sex appear in daily life of dagang patok women and north Balinese? The aim is to present ethnographic dialogues on intelligent of local culture in understanding and managing sex and its sexuality. Precedential theory (Reuter, 2005) frame and representative point of view are used to do that. Malinowskian observation method is used to obtain thick description (Geertz, 1992). Data collected at Buleleng �north Bali by doing interview, observation, and document study that analyzed qualitatively. Research result shows that trace of sex order and sexuality at north Bali refers to God axis with the deepest meaning, for fertility and welfare (livelihood). This essential makes sex value content and sexuality is perceptible as high, holy and respected as their perception on their God. This order places patokan sex (mabin, megelut, bokingan) at teben position, such as its sexuality cosmology arrange. Stigmatization practice is also happen at sociology level, but it is not change anything at culture level. Patokan sex still need by its culture, for rwa binedha balance. The highest end of this kerwabinedhaan (mucuk) united in one holy point, namely: Pura. From this point fertility streams and welfare (livelihood) bind and flow. Such sexuality knowledge representation can be seen clearly in their sexual jobs or in their culture order. This order still carved strongly in sexual relief, holy palm leaf and lingga yoni molite that proper kept at jeroan pura. This arrangement way is precedential. This way, then fold by north Balinese in daily statement, namely: �Nak mula Keto� (indeed it such like since past). A culture directory belong to them, the keeper social and culture theory frame that so thick and deep.
