| Summary: | This research aimed to knowing the influence of transformational
leadership and team cohesiveness on nurse�s service quality at mother and child
hospital of Bunda Alia Pondok Bambu, East Jakarta. The research method used
survey that involving 70 samples taken by sensus technique. Data colecting
performed with questionaire which is validaty and reliability tested. Data analisys
using inferential statistics consist regression and correlation.
The research results indicated that: (1) transformational leadership have
positive and significant effect on service quality, so that better transformational
leadership, then higher hospital�s service quality |
