Summary:Firm financial and Market performance analysis is important for many group of analyst. It is useful for potential investors in assessing firm�s value based on its financial strength. For lenders, it provides information about firm�s creditworthiness. And for internal analyst, it is useful for manager to identify deficiencies and take action to improve performance. This research aim to analyze the financial (measured by ROE) and market performance (measured by PBV) of Unilever subsidiary in Asia. The analysis aims to identify the subsidiary with the best financial and market performance and also finding the factors that influence the subsidiary financial and market performance. The research found out that Unilever�s subsidiary in Pakistan provides the best financial performance compare to India and Indonesia. Yet, for the best market performance is achieved by subsidiary in Indonesia. It is also found that asset turnover, debt ratio, and size are the factors that influence subsidiary financial performance (ROE). In addition, the factors that affect the subsidiary market performance (PBV) are ROE and Interest rate.
