Research conducted for the Operating Division Of Terminal III is to compare between studies of existing conditions on the field along with the existing theory through data that is in an internal company. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the implementation of the strategy at the Terminal Operations Division III in the face of competition, analyzing the strengths and weaknesses of Terminal Operations Division III as well as opportunities and threats in the face of competition as well as identify key success factors that have Operating Division Of Terminal III in the face of competition . Evaluation of existing business strategies using analytical tools of Porter's Five Forces in assessing the effectiveness of the strategy, as well as looking at the factors that make the strategy is running in Operating Division Of Terminal III through the internal factors of strengths, weaknesses and external factors of opportunities and threats as well as the presence of factors successfully held in the Key success Factor Comparison with the theory of field conditions lead to the conclusion whether the strategy that had been there quite effective or not. Through the qualitative research methods of evaluation results concluded that there is a business strategy that is less effective that need for improvement alternatives that poured through the research recommendations for Operating Division Of Terminal III
