總結:The purpose of this study was to evaluated different of enamel microhardness post external bleaching with or without CPP-ACFP application with different times of application. In this research, subject 30 human premolars were divided into 6 group, each group 5 premolars : group I post external bleaching without CPP-ACFP application, 5 minutes quiete, storage in artificial saliva, group II the same as group I, 15 minutes quiete, storage in artificial saliva, group III 30 minutes quite and storage in artificial saliva, group IV post external bleaching, CPP-ACFP application 5 minutes, group V CPP-ACFP application 15 minutes and group VI CPP-ACFP 30 minutes application. The facial surface of each premolar was assessed with a load of VHN 100 g for 15 s. The result showed that the mean and standard deviation of microhardness surface on enamel on group I 224.40±48.94, group II 305.60±76.34, group III 303.60±95.27, group IV 316.40±119.47, group V 321.60±134.70, group VI 354.20±69.97. The result from two way Anova revealed that were no effect of CPP-ACFP application on enamel microhardness, effect time of applications also no significance on enamel microhardness , and no effect of the interaction of CPPACFP application & time of application on enamel microhardness (p>0,05). As conclusion in this research, there were no difference of enamel microhardness post external bleaching with or without application of CPP-ACFP on different times of application.
