| Summary: | This research aims at identifying the practice of recording and deletion of
suspension record of registration of right transfer in Land Book at the Land
Registry Office of Klaten Regency based on Article 126 of Regulation of
the State Minister for Agrarian Affairs/Head of the National Land Agency
Number 3 of 1997, its legal impacts and the efforts done by the Land Office of
Klaten Regency to reduce the negative impact. This research is a normative legal research. Secondary data were obtained through literature research while primary data were obtained through interviews with informants and respondents.
Based on the research, three conclusions were made. 1) The practice of
recording and deletion of suspension record of registration of right transfer in
Land Book at the Land Office of Klaten Regency was only based on Article 126
of Regulation of the State Minister for Agrarian Affairs/Head of the National
Land Agency Number 3 of 1997. Other higher provisions, were not taken into
account in this process. Consequently, registration applicant and land owner were
not satisfied |
