Summary: | This study aims to determine the readiness of the government in accepting the transfer PBB Urban and Rural, also BPHTB in review from the perspective of new institutional economics and New Institutional Economics (NIE). The sample in this study amounted to 51 people consisting of the executive branch and members of the Department of Finance Income and Wealth Area, samples obtained by the method of purposive sampling. The hypothesis put forward in this study were (1) Presumably there is no difference in respondents perceptions of the transfer of PBB Urban and Rural, also BPHTB before and after delivered significantly to the regulation variable, information, transaction costs, property rights, and human resources (HR) associated with readiness of the government before and after receiving the transfer of PBB PP and BPHTB. (2) alleged the existence of a positive influence between the variables of regulation, information, transaction costs, property rights, and human resources (HR) associated with the readiness of governments in accepted the transfer of PBB Urban and Rural, also BPHTB. The first hypothesis testing using paired sample T-test to determine whether or not differences in respondents perceptions before and after the transfer of PBB Urban and Rural, also BPHTB. While the second hypothesis testing using binary logistic analysis to determine the factors that affect the readiness of the transfer process of PBB Urban and Rural, also BPHTB. The first hypothesis test results showed that there was no difference in respondents perceptions before and after the transfer of PBB Urban and Rural, also BPHTB. While the second hypothesis test results indicate that both individually and simultaneously variable regulation, information, transaction costs, property rights, and human resource (SDM) which has a significant effect on the readiness of the government before and after receiving the transfer of PBB Urban and Rural, also BPHTB |
