Summary: | Background: Health Law no 36 of 2009 article 152 stipulates that goverment,
regional goverment and communities are responsible for the prevention,
control, and eradication of infectious deseases as well as the impact posed.
One of the efforts for prevention and control of cross-country deseases is
quarantine. Based on the International Health Regulation (IHR), a solid and a
fit core capacity are needed in preventing, protecting and controling the
spread of international scale decease for world society. The performance of
staffs is needed to prevent the communicable decease into a certain area.
Research purpose: Evaluating the working performance specified in skill,
drill and motivation also organisation support, acces, fund, facility and
infrastructure and technical lead toward the ship sanitation inspection in KPP
class III Jambi.
Research methods : This researchis using the qualitative descriptive method
of work performance evaluation with study case design. The subjects of this
research are the implementing activities staffs and comitment practitioners to
ship sanitation inspection in port health office class III Jambi
Research result: Showing the limitation of facility and infrastructure in
supporting activities, transactional leadership, technical guidelines which
don�t correspond to the field implementation, insufficient funds to support
activities, long distance, and lack of good motivation from the staffs
Conclusion: Organisation support is greatly affect to the staffs� performance
as the activities� implementation |
